- General shipping costs are 5,90€ for national territory (except Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands - 12.90€). Shipping within the European Union 19.90€. Shipping to America 39,90€. For other destinations please consult us.

- In the case of purchases over 150 € the merchandise will be exempt from shipping costs (except for coins and ingots within the category of Gold and Investment, and only for Peninsular shipments).

- Coins and ingots within the category of Gold and Investment will always be charged with 9'90€ for Shipping and Insurance Coverage Extension.

- The maximum delivery time of the articles is 10 days (normally 24-48h) from the confirmation of the order.

- You have a maximum of 5 working days from the date of receipt for notification of returns. Returns will only be accepted in the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, and Filatelia Finumas will be responsible for the cost of the new shipment.
