In compliance with current regulations, finumas.es, which operates through the internet from this website finumas.es the general terms and conditions of contract for the products and/or services offered through it and from which the rights and obligations of the parties are generated are detailed below.

A user or customer shall be understood as the Internet user who acquires this status, by registering on the website, using a form and to which usernames and passwords are assigned, for which they have full responsibility for use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider.  as we will see in the User Registration section.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User declares:

Availability

Nullity

Purpose of the contract

 

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale arising between the provider and the user at the time the latter accepts the purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms set out below.

 

The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a specific price and publicly displayed through the website, of one or more specific products.

Taxes, Currency & Shipping Costs

 

In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).


The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) and in any case will be expressed in the Euro currency (€). Such prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping costs or any other additional and ancillary services to the product purchased.

The contracting procedure and pre-contractual information is in Spanish and this language will be used to carry out the contract.

Registration

 

In order to start the process of contracting products in [Domain of the online store], it is first necessary to register as a user, by clicking on the button that appears on the main page of the website with the user symbol and filling in the mandatory data that is requested. After registration, the username and password are assigned automatically, according to those previously chosen by the interested party.

 

The registration system is not provided with a system for verifying users in the registration process. So before the user is activated in the system, a welcome message is sent to the email. Once successfully registered, the user will be able to log in with their username and password to the control panel of their profile to be able to manage all the functions that the website provider has made available to them, such as the account details section, my orders and the possibility of exercising rights.

How do I cancel my order?

 

To cancel an order after making a purchase, it may be cancelled with the right to a full refund provided that the following conditions are met:

 

·     The order has not left our warehouses or is in transit to the address indicated.

·     For orders that have already left the finumas.es facilities, the courier company will be notified and in this case, the amount of return to the customer would be full except for shipping costs.

·     To request the cancellation of your order, you must send an email to the address info@finumas.es

 

 

Delivery time

 

The usual delivery time for orders within the national territory is 48/72 hours from the confirmation of payment.

Exceptionally, the delivery time may increase depending on the carrier, the stock of the products or specific circumstances that may affect the normal operation of the warehouse.

We advise you to check that when you receive your package you check that everything is in accordance with your order and that the packaging of the package is in perfect condition, then sign with reservations and indicate by hand on the carrier's delivery note if you found any anomalies when receiving it. When opening your package, if you find that the delivered items do not conform to your order or are damaged, please contact our Customer Service, see its heading.

 

Invoice

 

Where can I check my bill?

 

The invoice can be viewed and downloaded from the user's dashboard. In turn, the invoice will always be delivered printed along with the order.

 

Value Added Tax

 

In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

 

Payment Methods or Modalities

 

In general, the User may choose the payment method:

General Payment Process Provisions

 

·     The payment order given by the User necessarily implies adherence to these General Terms and Conditions as well as the specific conditions of the order.

 

·     For any payment method chosen by the User, all payments will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the financial institutions involved or by the secure payment platforms (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Iupay, etc.).

 

·     Once the payment has been made correctly, the User will receive two informative and confirmation emails accrediting the essential conditions of the operation or Services contracted, and a description of the provision thereof.

 

 

Products shipped to the address indicated by the User:

 

The confirmation email will contain the invoice for the product with which the User may, upon receipt of the order, request the guarantee from the corresponding merchant.

In any case, through the website, the User will always have access to the information of their orders and their corresponding invoices for the purchases purchased.

 

The Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in the event of indications of fraudulent transactions, informing the competent authorities of conduct that may be investigated for the prevention of fraud.

 

Returns of defective, damaged or incorrect products or exercising the right of withdrawal

 

Once you have received your order, you can withdraw from your purchase, as long as the product has not been used, has its original packaging and corresponding manuals, as well as all its original accessories or promotional gifts if there are any within 15 calendar days after receipt of your order.

 

We remind you that when you make use of your right of withdrawal, the money paid for the product(s) purchased will be refunded and will include the amount of the purchase and, if any, the delivery costs in the least expensive ordinary delivery method. Likewise, in the event that you opt for the option of picking up the product at your home, the costs of the collection itself will be borne by the customer.

 

Items that do not have their original packaging intact and unsealed, as well as any type of product personalized for the customer, cannot be returned, exercising the right of withdrawal. In this sense, the return of all those products that present some type of manipulation of the protective film of the box or wrapping will not be accepted, otherwise the value of the item will suffer a depreciation of the same.

 

In the case of products that require their opening and use in order to know if they work properly, the Provider will require that the product to be returned is in perfect condition and that all its elements, packaging and wrappings are available. And you should also make sure that:

 

(a) Has not been misused or negligently, handled improperly or recklessly, and has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions.

 

(b) Has not been involved in any accident or has not been damaged in the attempt to repair or modify it.

 

 

c) Has not been used in a manner contrary to the manufacturer's instructions for the Product.

 

d) It has not deteriorated due to natural wear and tear after receipt.

 

 

In the event that the product does not meet any of the above requirements, we may decide, at our discretion, not to repair or replace the product or refund you the amount paid and/or we may ask you to reimburse all shipping and servicing costs, arising at the current standard rates.

In order to carry out such a withdrawal, we may charge the above costs to your credit or debit card account or use the payment details provided when placing the Order.

 

In the event of a defective product, the Provider will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

 

In the event that the product or its packaging has been damaged or is not in the original shipping condition, the value of the item will suffer a depreciation of the item. This provision does not affect the rights of the consumer under the legislation in force.

 

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the stipulations of the Contract, is a product damaged during shipment, or is incorrect, you must contact us immediately through our contact form, providing the details of the product as well as the damage suffered.  or by calling 91 447 94 24 during our customer service hours outlined above or under the heading Customer Service.

 

Once the return request has been examined, and the appropriate checks have been made, after confirmation via e-mail, we will proceed to collect the product at the place of delivery of the product.

 

We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable time whether the return or replacement of the product (if applicable) is appropriate. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 calendar days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.

 

Amounts paid for products that are returned due to a proven defect or defect will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you. The refund will be made to the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.

 

The rights recognized by current legislation are safeguarded.

 

It will not be accepted to exchange an item for a different one, in this case, it must be returned and a new purchase made.

Product Warranty

 

All items offered on our website are officially warranted by the manufacturer in the legally established terms, for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

 

This warranty period of 2 years, from the delivery of the product, although it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use or improper handling, incorrect installations not carried out by authorized Technical Services when applicable... etc. or materials that are worn out by use.

 

The provider reserves the right to request verification of the origin of the problem from an official technical service of the brand. In the event of a defect caused by causes beyond its origin, the repair will be billable. In those cases that justify the application of the warranty, the option will be for repair, replacement of the item, reduction or return, in the terms established by law.

Provider's Rights

 

● Keep, modify or suspend your website without prior notice.

● Modify the price of offers.

● Rejecting orders due to lack of stock or non-payment by the customer.

● Refuse access to IT tools to customers in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.

● Receive the amount of the customer's purchases, once the transaction has been accepted.

● Reserve ownership and retain full ownership of the item until full payment by the customer.

In the event that the user is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the user expressly renounce any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the OWNER OF THE WEBSITE.
