10 EUROS - 50TH ANNIV. MAN ON THE MOON

To commemorate the arrival of man on the moon and the contribution of the Spanish facilities to this event, the FNMT is launching the collector's coin "50th Anniversary of the landing on the moon".

The obverse depicts the effigy of His Majesty King Felipe VI. At the top, the legend FELIPE VI REY DE ESPAÑA (Felipe VI KING OF SPAIN). At the bottom, the year of issue 2019.

The reverse shows an image of the Moon and above it the Command Module attached to the Module that landed on its surface. Below, on the left, is an image of the antenna that supported this historic flight from Spain. On the right, the value of the coin is 10 EURO. On the outer part of the coin, the legend 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ARRIVAL TO THE MOON and, on the upper left-hand side of the coin, the dates 1969-2019.
