Seville. 8 reales. macuquinos (1704). P. Only 1 more known piece (Lan1203). In spite of the openings that prevent to see the date, the coat of arms of Philip V, the mint mark to the left and the quartelado of castles and lions within a border of dots leave no doubt. Calico (Type 1603) marks it as RRR, Lanzrote, in his study of the 8 Sevillian reales (Lan1203) marks it as INEDITA and rarity grade RRR++.
Undoubtedly a very interesting piece worthy of documentation.
