Coins encapsulated and packaged in the original Royal Canadian Mint packaging with COA. The 1998 Canadian Proof Silver Dollar commemorates the 125th anniversary of the founding of the North West Mounted Police. The reverse of the coin depicts a mounted member of that early force which, in 1920, became the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
