Obverse: On the obverse is the image of a Bull. To its left is the mint mark and the year of issue 2023. At the top of the coin is the face value of 15, followed by the words EURO and CENT. At the bottom and in a circular direction is "TORO". All the motifs and legends are surrounded by a row of sprockets.

Reverse: The reverse shows the motifs and legends of a royal: two hemispheres below a royal crown, flanked by the columns of Hercules with the motto PLUS ULTRA, all above a sea of waves. At the top, in a circular shape, is 'FELIPE VI REY DE ESPAÑA'. At the bottom of the coin, in a circular direction, is "1/10 ONZA 999,9 ORO".

The feature that makes it unique in the world of bullion coins is the inclusion on the obverse of a security measure patented by the Royal Spanish Mint - Royal Mint, the quadruple latent image. This security measure allows four different images to be seen in the same space on the coin depending on the incidence of light and the angle at which it is viewed.
